Shipping policy

FREE shipping Australia wide. Standard shipping lead times are 2-6 business days. FREE shipping fee for express shipping within Australia with a shipping lead time of 1-3 business days. 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email within 24 hours of the item being shipped. 

• Please allow extra time during public holidays and large sale periods.

Our return to sender policy entails that if a customer fails to collect an item and it is returned, a $20 flat rate is charged for redelivery. This fee covers the cost for re shipping the package. No refunds are issued for uncollected items. 

Baby Body is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
